Delete your data

Last updated: 8 October 2026

You can always ask to have your data in Callster deleted. This also applies to data we have received from Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and Google. You do not need to log in.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to kontakt@callster.dk with the subject "Slet mine data" (Delete my data).
  2. Tell us who you are: the business's name or the email address the account was created with. If you write to Callster on Messenger, also give the name on your Facebook profile so that we can find the right connection.
  3. We confirm that we have received your request and write to you when the deletion has been completed.

If you are a customer, you can also remove connected systems yourself under Settings (Indstillinger) in the console at app.callster.dk. The access and the keys are deleted immediately.

If you have called a business that uses Callster, the business is the data controller. You can write to the business, or to us, and we will make sure the business is informed.

What is deleted

Information we are required to keep under the Danish Bookkeeping Act (bogføringsloven), e.g. invoices, is kept for 5 years and not used for anything else. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

How long it takes

We delete your data no later than 30 days after receiving your request, and usually much sooner. Connections and keys to your systems are deleted immediately. If we cannot confirm that the request comes from you, we will ask first.
